Originally painted for Nat. We became the best of friends after I illustrated the cover of her poetry pamphlet “Frayed”. Willow is Nat’s cat so I know her in real life. We like to play fight. Nat is a writer and her favourite colour is blue so I incorporated these elements into the illustration.
