Kim has been making lanterns since 2009. 

From working on lantern parade content with community groups to then focussing more on creating her own large scale illuminated artworks. 

Lanterns have been commissioned for both indoor and outdoor events and are made from willow and wet strength tissue paper.  

Previous clients include – The National Trust, Stellar Creates, Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council, Hartlepool WinterTide, Hartlepool Waterfront Festival, Stockton Lantern Parades and  Middlesbrough Lantern Parades.
