Zela creates a buzz wherever she goes. She’s a bit of a Nanna, with her flowery hat and love of picking up bits and pieces like her blankets and nik naks she carries on her back. Originally inspired by a person and a place; Kim’s Nana and Wasps Nest Yard in Stockton. There’s a great flea market at Wasps Yard and you can just imagine Zela buzzing about to find the things she likes most. Her green teapot is her most special thing. There’s also a pinch of the junk lady from Labyrinth in there too; a nod to a great inspiration Jim Henson.

Her name is inspired by the vuvuzelas her antennae are made from.

She would love to create a buzz at your next event!
